Fengzhixue medical insurance business department has an investment of about 80 million yuan, covering an area of more than 10000 m *, and has purchased more than 60 sets of mask production and manufacturing equipment, including plane mask machine, kn95 mask machine, children mask machine and other different series of equipment. The daily production capacity of all equipment is expected to reach 4 million after it is put into production. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase covers an area of 2500 square meters. It was officially put into use at the beginning of March. 10 sets of full-automatic mask manufacturing machines were launched, with a daily output of 300000. The products are preferentially supplied to the government and schools. The second phase of the project covers an area of 8000 square meters, and will establish a GMP standard 100000 level clean workshop for the production of disposable medical masks and surgical medical masks. It is expected to be completed and put into use in early April, and the products will be planned to export abroad.
